A few years ago, I lost a ring that was very dear to me.

I had slipped it into the pocket of my scrub top before starting my shift. That evening, when I got home, it was gone.

I never found it.

That day, I realized that this everyday problem deserved a real solution.

I have been a nurse for 12 years. And like thousands of people who work with their hands - caregivers, hairdressers, cooks, athletes - I had long searched for something elegant to keep my jewelry close to me, even at work.

Maison Carlia was born from this loss and this universal frustration.
